**UPDATED**

Due to the recent emergence of evidence that extreme disparities in the impacts of COVID-19 on communities of color, AaEA has decided to shift the focus of its May 6th webinar to a Town Hall discussion that will focus on what Atlanta’s community of evaluation can do now to help the communities that they work using a culturally-responsive evaluation lens. At the core of this discussion is the importance in conducting evaluations among marginalized populations and/or communities experiencing a lack of power and privilege that do not reproduce the social inequalities or exacerbate power imbalances that programs intend to address.

Please Join AaEA for the Town Hall facilitated by Drs. Linda Baffo and Syreeta Skelton-Wilson from ICF. The discussion aims to shed light on how the convergence of past and present trauma at the community levels require culturally responsive evaluation approaches, whether COVID-19 is the subject of evaluation or not and will help to highlight important linkages between existing health disparities and increased risk posed by COVID-19 to already vulnerable and underserved communities. In addition. Drs. Baffo and Skelton-Wilson will also Share tools, resources, and opportunities where people can learn more about combatting COVID-19. Also, come prepared to share you personal call to action on what you think Atlanta evaluators can do to help be the difference!
