The Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR) serves as a menu of constructs that have been associated with effective program implementation. This presentation will describe how evaluators can use CFIR as a qualitative and mixed methods tool for program and outcomes evaluation, how the model can be adapted to fit evaluators' needs, and will provide examples of use and adaptation. Participants who would like a sneak peak of CFIR can learn more at www.cfirguide.org
